This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases of The Group Chat.
2. The nature of the product
The Group Chat delivers an AI-generated digital review that is produced and made available to you immediately upon use. Because the product is delivered instantly and consumed on use, the following policy applies.
3. When refunds are available
We will issue a refund if the product fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side — for example, if your payment was processed but, due to an error in our service, no review was generated or made available to you.
4. When refunds are not available
Refunds are not provided because you disagree with, or are dissatisfied with, the content, tone, or conclusions of a review that was successfully generated and delivered. The reviews are honest, opinion-based feedback, and a review being critical or not to your liking is not grounds for a refund.
5. How to request a refund
If your purchase failed to deliver due to a technical fault, contact us at thegroupchat.team@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including the email address used for the purchase and a description of what happened. We will review and respond.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method.
